We did a workshop looking at a script called ‘fury’; the aim
was to learn the correct format of a script which would be used in a real film.
We learnt the correct setting and it helped us to plan our film opening getting
stuck into the script straight away rather than trying to plan the actual
thing. This was effective as we could do as many drafts as we wanted so we
never had to stick to one pacific thing. The script can change the whole feel
to a film and can tell a lot about a film in the first couple of minutes as it
helps set the scene and introduce characters.
